Salmon & Turkey Sandwich using English Muffin

Introduction

This is honestly a very easy meal to do :) All it takes is whether you'd want to prepare a meal at home and you'd find this recipe very easy to do :) In addition, you can use the same method to prepare a Salmon & Egg Sandwich for breakfast or even a Cheeseburger for dinner ! Anyways let's begin. :)

Ingredients
  1. Some salad vegetables that you like
Tomatoes
Cucumber
2.  Fresh Salmon & Turkey Slice

3. English Muffin
I got this from Ben's General Grocery Shop 's bakery section which is located at Publika.

4. Chilli / Ketchup / Mustard Sauce :)

Directions
  1. Slice up your tomatoes / cucumbers OR wash and dry salad mix & lettuces.
  2. Place Salmon & Turkey Slice on plate.
  3. Cut your English Muffin into two halves & toast it by lightly toasting them both sides on a grill until a beautiful golden brown.
  4. Finally, put together all your ready prepared ingredients as you like and squirt on some chilly sauce & you're done ! Told you it's so easy ! :)

Suggestions
  • I personally like to make sure that the first layer I put on my English muffin creates a flat surface for the second layer of ingredient. For example, I place the salmon or turkey then only i place the bulky tomatoes. That way, your sandwich won't be so messy when you eat it !
  • Toasting your bread/muffin makes it crispy and light to eat :)

  • You could also pack it for lunch and you have a healthy sandwich on the go !

Love,
 Steph
